How long does delivery take from the time I order the rings?
Usually three to four weeks depending on the rings.  That is a guideline some our jewelers take less time some take a little more.   If your wedding is approaching quickly and you are not sure if you have enough time, expedited service may be available.  Email Mary@basil-ltd.com or call to inquire on delivery for specific rings please include the sku #, metal choice and sizes with your inquiry. Selected rings are stocked by the jewelers and may be available sooner.  Please call us at 609-585-4127 to discuss expedited processing or availability.

Can I call you to place my order?
Yes.  We can be reached at 609-585-4127 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

Do you have a layaway plan?
Yes, we have a very flexible layaway plan.  We require a 20% deposit of the total purchase cost.  Payments can be made anytime during a one-year period.  Your order will ship when the ring(s) is paid in full.  If the ring(s) has not been paid in full within a one-year period, the 20% deposit will not be refunded.  Please call Mary at 609-585-4127, if you have any questions.

What is the best way to get sized? 
The best way to be sized is by a professional at a local jewelry store.  VERY IMPORTANTLY,  you need to be sized using wedding band gauges (wedding band gauges are about 6 mm wide) if you are purchasing a standard wedding band or be sized for a Comfort Fit wedding band if you are purchasing a comfort fit band (comfort fit band size should be 1/4 to 1/2 size smaller than a standard flat band size).  Once you have the size gauge that fits you best, if possible,  have the jeweler check the gauges on a standard US sizing stick for accuracy.

If you order the wrong size, some resizing options are available or we will gladly exchange the ring for the proper size.  All rings returned for exchange must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition and posted within 20 days of receipt.  Most of our rings are made to order and there is a 25% remake fee.  Some rings can be resized.  Shipping charges will apply for exchanges.

What method of shipping do you use? 

Next to product quality and customer service, shipping is our top priority.  It is critical to us that you receive your item timely and in good condition.  Shipping within the USA is free and we use USPS or UPS which gives us the ability to insure and track each package we ship.  The shipping rate for international orders is $35.00 and are shipped priority mail, express mail or registered mail.

When do you charge my credit card?  
Your credit card is charged at the time of order.  

Can I mail a personal check or money order? 
Yes, we accept personal checks and money orders.  Please make checks payable to our parent company, Basil-Ltd.com.  Please print a copy of your order and send it along with your payment to:

Can you customize my ring? 
Most rings come in other metals and color combination choices.  Other customization is available as well on a ring by ring basis.  Please call 609-585-4127 or email mary@basil-ltd.com 

Are there any benefits from buying from a US based store?  
Yes!  At Unique Celtic Wedding Rings we import your rings and we pay the duty taxes and brokerage fees.  So all fees are all included in our price.

Some credit card companies charge you an additional 3% if your charge is processed by a foreign company.  We recommend you call your credit card company and ask if they charge a foreign transaction fee before completing transactions overseas. 

If you do need to exchange the rings or want to return the rings, shipping within the US is a lot easier and secure.

How do I check my order status?  
To check order status email customer service Mary@Basil-Ltd.com and ask for a status.  Include your order number and the last name on the order.  Or you can call our office 609-585-4127 with your Order Number and last name.
