Shipping:
All rings ordered from Unique Celtic Wedding Rings ship free within the USA and Canada. Our primary shipper is UPS and we also use the US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please email for rates and availability. Shipping within the State of NJ, or orders that are picked up must pay 7% sales tax.

DUTY & IMPORT TAXES into the USA have already been paid. There are NO additional charges.

Shipping to Canada is by US Postal Service Air Mail Letter Post Registered or Priority/Express Mail insured. Please note Canadian residents are responsible for duty & taxes. Please check your local postal system for rates. Shipping to other International destinations is available. Please email for rates.

Shipping to other international destinations is $25.00. Duty or taxes may be applicable and are the responsiblity of the customer.

Order processing:
Ordering your wedding rings is a very important part of your wedding planning. Please feel free to call at any time. Your order is placed with the jeweller immediately. Delivery time to you is two to four weeks depending on the jeweller and your destination. If you need your ring or rings sooner, please let us know and we will check if we can accommodate your date prior to placing the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express on line. We also accept personal checks and money orders. You have options on how to place your order. You can order online with our secure server or off line by sending your order via mail. Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 20 days from date of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered and unused condition. We will happily exchange, issue a refund, or credit your account minus shipping charges. Please email for a Return Authorization Number which must accompany your package. At original purchase, shipping of your ring is free, but if a ring is returned, shipping charges will apply. A $15 shipping charge will apply on all sterling silver rings returned, and a $25 shipping fee will apply on all gold rings returned. The shipping fee is deducted from the original purchase price.

All returned items must be packed carefully in their original boxing. Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. please send United States Postal Service Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value). Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, or are beyond the 20 day return policy period, will incur a 10% to 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized products including engraving of rings, 18K & platinum. Exchanges

We can exchange rings for another style of ring within 20 days of receipt. Rings must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered and unused condition. We also accept size exchanges or resizing. Rings with a sizing bar can be resized by a local jeweler. Continuous design rings can be sized up one half or one whole size depending on the ring by a local jeweler or they can be sent back to Ireland to be sized. The shipping fee for exchanges is between $15 and $35 which covers shipping from Ireland, and then shipping from Unique Celtic Wedding Rings back to you.
