If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 25 days from date of receipt.  Please email for a Return Authorization number which must accompany your package.  All items must be returned in new unused, unworn, unaltered condition.  We will happily exchange or issue a refund or credit for your purchase minus shipping charges (while shipping for your rings are is free, if the rings are returned shipping charges of $20 are deducted from the original purchase price.)

All returned items must be packed carefully in their original boxing.  Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. Please send United States Postal Service Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value).  Items not authorized for return or beyond our return policy will incur a 10% to 15% restocking fee.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized products including engraving of rings, 18K & platinum.
