What is the best way to get sized?
The best way to be sized is by a professional at a local jewelry store. VERY IMPORTANTLY, you need to be sized using wedding band gauges (wedding band gauges are about 6 mm wide) if you are purchasing a band. Once you have the size gauge that fits you best, if possible, have the jeweler check the gauges on a standard US sizing stick for accuracy. If you'd prefer to do this in the comfort of your own home, we do have a multi sizing gauge that we can mail you. There is no charge. No problem, some resizing options are available or we will gladly exchange the ring for the proper size. The ring may have to be reordered and will take up to three weeks. Shipping charges will apply for exchanges. Shipping charges for silver rings are $15.00 and $25.00 for gold rings. All rings returned for exchange must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition. So please read and follow instructions on the best way to be sized. How long does delivery take from the time I order the rings? Usually three to four weeks depending on the set of rings. If your wedding is approaching quickly, and you are not sure if you have enough time expedited service is available. Please call us at 609-585-4127 to discuss expedited processing. What method of shipping do you use? Next to product quality and customer service, shipping is our top priority. It is critical to us that you receive your item timely and in good condition. We use UPS this gives us the ability to insure and track each package we ship. On occasion we may also use the United States Postal Service Express, Priority or First Class Mail at our discretion. Most rings come in other metal and color combination choices. Other customization is available as well on a ring by ring basis. Yes we accept personal check and money orders. Please make checks payable to our parent company Basil-Ltd.com. You can print your order after and send it with your payment to Basil-Ltd.com
Yes! At Unique Celtic Wedding Rings we import your rings and we pay the duty taxes and brokerage fees. So they are all included in our price. Most credit card companies charge you an additional 3% if your charge is processed by a foreign company. We recommend you call your credit card company ask if they charge a foreign transaction fee before completing transactions overseas. If you do need to exchange the rings or want to return the rings, shipping within the US is a lot easier and secure. Do you have a layaway plan? Yes, we have a very flexible layaway plan. Please call Mary at 609-585-4127 for the details. Do you have a return policy? If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 25 days from date of receipt. Please email for a Return Authorization number which must accompany your package. All items must be returned in new unused, unworn, unaltered condition. We will happily exchange or issue a refund or credit for your purchase minus shipping charges (while shipping for your rings are is free, if the rings are returned shipping charges of $20 are deducted from the original purchase price.) All returned items must be packed carefully in their original boxing. Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. Please send United States Postal Service Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value). Items not authorized for return or beyond our return policy will incur a 10% to 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized products including engraving of rings, 18K & platinum. How do I check my order status?
