The best way to be sized is by a professional at a local jewelry store.  VERY IMPORTANTLY,  you need to be sized using wedding band gauges (wedding band gauges are about 6 mm wide) if you are purchasing a band. Once you have the size gauge that fits you best, if possible,  have the jeweler check the gauges on a standard US sizing stick for accuracy.
